Add the rice in a large saucepan with a trickle of olive oil, let it brown for about 1 minute over moderate heat. While stirring, pour half glass of water (or white wine) and let it evaporate. Then pour gradually 700ml warm water and let it evaporate completely (15 minutes). Add salt to taste. Add a knob of butter and then mix.
INGREDIENTS: Carnaroli rice, dehydrated vegetable broth mix (salt, potato starch and maltodextrin, yeast extract, carrot and onion extract, sunflower oil, basil extract, parsley and rosemary extracts), dehydrated onion, salt, dried summer truffle, dehydrated garlic, natural flavoring.
